Option to remove duplicates before download

Sometimes due to various factors, I have two or more downloads in the same file (for example, I search for pdf via google). It would be nice to have the option to remove duplicates before downloading.

WebExtensions cannot look on the disk to see what file (names) are already present, so that's a non-starter unfortunately.
Removing/Skipping duplicate URLs already present in the manager would be done, however.

I have to vote for this one. As of now if you have a lot of links, I think the quickest way to remove duplicates in some cases is export a list, filter the duplicates and import it again. I think this is easily done by the extension to save time & bandwidth.
