Based on some comments in doxygen#9894 make the generated texts in the output configurable: - setup defaults (configgenpy: setDefaultGenerate) - read the values to be read (configgen.py: parseGenerate) - set the texts to be used (config.xml, for the English texts these are the same as the defaults in configgen.py)
