RWSH v1.1

This is the first "tagged" release, and the second actual release of RWSH!

Moving forward, I plan on (hopefully) tagging major and minor version. I'm hoping to have no more than 9 minor versions in between major releases, at least for the time being. This will force me to create major functional changes every so often, and I'm looking forward to this strategy.

As far as v1.1 is concerned, a few quality of life improvements have been made.

• The encoded.php file has been removed, and the way it was generated was added as a comment to the current shell.php
• Support for POST has been added, as well as the opportunity to select between GET and POST
• Methods for sending the request, encoding the request, and decoding the response have been added
• The README has been updated to reflect these changes
