Provides a dead-simple, safe and configurable way of creating OP5 Monitor hosts from ServiceNow CMDB objects.
Built during the ITRS Exploration Days in 2019.

$ git clone git@github.com:ITRS-Group/monitor-snowpump.gitCurrently, the program expects a config.toml in the Working directory. This will be configurable shortly.
