Support Digital Accumulation Products (DAA/170, DTA/172, DU3/DU6/173)

Products have internal units of 0.01 inches (in addition to 172 having an additional scaling factor). Published color tables use measurement units, or assumptions about internal scale, for units other than 0.01 inches. For now, unit display will be disabled, and values should be treated as "unitless", providing a relative view of precipitation totals.
