PowerBI dashboard consists of data visualization of a fictional call center named PhoneNow. The challenge was to visualize the behavior of the agents in order to understand their performance over a period of time. In this regard, the dashboard highlights the behavior by visualizing various KPIs such as their calls data, speed, customer satisfaction that reflect their performance and also satisfaction of customers.
