Fixes
Fixes bug with datetimepicker and dynamic inlines, now when adding a new inline the datetimepicker will keep it's value
Fixes bug with inline forms if they are set to stacked or tabular, previously it was not possible to interact with some fields
Replaced deprecated functions from iFrameresizer
Allow to set a number of dynamic inlines, previously this was hardcoded to 1
Delete button now disappears from inlines if can_delete is set to False
Add new inline button now is removed if the max number of inlines is reached
