Implement deleting a QID from P921 where a given a QID already exists.

Break out more from main.py.
New class Target used to delete main subjects.
Rename the argparse.py file.
Move QID cleaning to cleaning.py.
Move job-functions into jobs.py
Move login() into login.py
Sort functions by name.
