This PR primarily aims to fix the issue of excessive memory consumption during the sampling of large datasets. It involves moving the sampling process inside the model for dynamic loading, thus mitigating the accumulation of memory usage.
Afterwards, we can proceed to train the entire OC dataset.
May need more tests on recent model structures.
