Add Logic Glean Data from Test Plan

add logic that introspects the test plan and grabs summary, details, run info, etc. if possible

• might want a file upload for test plan vs having it in git, check out file & image fields

this seems like logic that will eventually become brittle or difficult to maintain (would need to know where and how to glean this info from each type of test plan, could be error-prone depending ability to find this info within a test plan)
