Merged upstream minetest changes.
Dragonfireclient now comes bundled with a selection of clientmods.

Heavily extended ClientObjectRefs. Added nametag images and tile defintions are now included in node definitions gotten by get_node_def.

API fixes and additions: Gave client access to Noise (PseudoRandom etc.), fixed the HTTP API - it how works exactly like the server-side API. Extended ObjectRef API. Ported formspec fields API from waspsaliva. This API is unofficial and undocumented; use at own risk. Invalid usage may crash the client.

Fixed a bug with freecam that caused your speed to not be sent to server (-> walking animations in MineClone2 did not show).

As always, merged Minetest upstream changes (5.5.0-dev).

There is a 32-bit build now.
