PR Update

Thanks to contributions from community, Dragonfly team merged 9 pull requests in the repository last week. All these pull requests could be divided into feature, bugfix, doc, test and others:

• fix: delete empty directory in local storage (#1386)
• fix: remove default registry definition in Dockerfile. (#1385)
• bugfix: cdn cannot re-download uncompleted task with header param (#1381)
