- Added configuration for PPSSPP RetroAchievements
- Added toggle for Hardcore Mode
- Tidied up emuDeckPPSSPP.sh by using iniFieldUpdate when possible
- Updated ppsspp.ini to 1.16.1, any additional configuration changes are PPSSPP defaults
