If actually placed, the item gets placed unrotated at the cursor position.
Selecting that specific part/item again, rotating it actually rotates by 180° instead of 90°, which means the information actually passed through to the object(part), but not to the canvas item (part-item).

The error lies in sheet-item.c:694 or sheet-item.c:703 or in the implementation of schematic_add_item
