新增一个受理单进行一下测试，对于原先已经丢失了制单人的数据不起作用。

回归测试结果：
1、接待制单人在新增与修改时都能正常保存
2、但是其它字段，除了“受理单号”“车牌号”“收车时间”“完成时间”“接待制单”人以外，新增与修改时，都无法正常保存。。
