Trying to install dreamtools via pip into a fresh Python environment fails because Cython is missing. Cython is listed as a build dependency, but since it is imported already in setup.py, pip doesn't even get the chance to install it.

I am not sure this can be fixed, but at the least the installation instructions can point out that Cython must be installed before dreamtools.
