Biometrics are not checked after retrying connecting

Given:

• enabled biometrics login
• no connection to the Internet initially (i.e. Wi-Fi is off, mobile data is off)

What I did:

• open the application
• the app says that no address is associated with hostname (DNS resolution failed because of lack of connectivity)
• enable Wi-Fi/mobile data and wait till system connects
• click ‘try again’

What actually happened:
the app connected and immediately opened dashboard

What should happen:
the app should ask for biometrics

When the phone is connected to the Internet before opening the app, everything works fine, biometrics are requested
