Capture
This scrollbar appears on the taskbar on some themes, and I cannot figure out why.
It is still present if small icons is toggled on. How could it be disabled?

is your windows install DPI scaled by any chance?

Indeed, 125%. You think it may have something to do with it?

I remember seeing this on another machine but it doesn't always occur, only when a few windows are present, on 100% scaling this never occurs, only when scaled higher

Non-integer scaling factors like 1.25x do tend to cause some weirdness with sizing, I have some ideas on how to fix this.

Could you please try this build (GitHub login required) and let me know if the issue is fixed for you? Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply, I had been playing with the override High DPI function on the executable with mixed results and blur.

In regards to the build you sent me, it works. The scroll buttons no longer appear on the XP themes.
