I am adding both of these features. However, I have noticed that at least Windows 11 does not accept items dragged into the Start menu (Windows 7 does, though, and I have validated the feature works correctly there). |

The title says it all.
It's not possible to drag an icon to the quick launch bar (where it would be normally possible to add a link by dragging something onto it).
