Update translations
It uses wildcards to copy the .xaml content (except those explicitly added for removal) from the Themes and Languages folders to their respective directories in the output build folder. In addition, some image resources will be copied from their language folders in Resources.

Whenever the primary taskbar is opened, moved, resized, or the start button clicked, update the tray host position accordingly. This fixes applications that request it outside of a notification area icon click (#159)

A week ago, we got a build of RetroBar that added the RtL abilities. I have a file of the Hebrew translation ready to be used. I might make pictures (unless someone can lol) cause I'm busy right now with stuff and I've been hit on mental issues recently.
