Modified startvistabuttonbot.png so that clipping doesn't occur on vertical dual monitor setups.

It doesn't seem like it!
In \RetroBar\Resources there are three different start buttons for Windows Vista, startvistabuttonbot.png, startvistabuttonlg.png, and startvistabuttontop.png. I've only edited startvistabuttonbot.png, the one that's used when the taskbar is at the bottom of the display. |
