Postgres - fuzzystrmatch
MySQL - soundex

Implement levenshtein, daitch_mokotoff and soundex for Postgres.
Implement soundex for MySQL.

Maybe added under drizzle-orm/sql/expressions/conditions.

fuzzystrmatch would need to be loaded via create extension ..., need a way to either handle missing or infer it.
note: soundex doesn't work well with multibyte encodings like utf-8, document as necessary.
