As of the upcoming 1.4 : Initial support for #if (currently recognized only if the expression is within brackets), #elif, #else and #endif.

Example:

#if (x>2)
    #define SOMETHING
#else
    #define SOMETHING_ELSE
#endif

Becomes:

if x>2 {
// #define SOMETHING
} else {
// #define SOMETHING_ELSE
}
