Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to figure out good hyperparameters for our algos and environments

Describe the solution you'd like
After #5, setup an automatic hyperparameter tuning solution. Ideally something that allows us to stop and start, as well as add hyperparameters in the future.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual tuning, which should compliment this approach
