Running Runner on DOM loaded

Right now you have to define the test runner after the elements in your HTML containing the test log are loaded, otherwise you don't see the output. I have the habit of defining my tests in separate files, so I have to add a script element at the end of the document with my tests.

This is not a very big problem, but it is inconsistant with unittest.js, which runs the runner on the dom:loaded event.
