Version 0.0.10 doesn't seem to be mounting the Sproutcore application (mount Bulk::Sproutcore.new => "/_sproutcore"). Has anybody else been running into this issue?

I just tried rails generate bulk:install and it skips mount Bulk::Sproutcore... (I've been making other SC apps)

I'm with the same problem.
And, if I try to put manually on routes.rb, I get the error:

uninitialized constant Bulk::Sproutcore
