ProFit plugin function: Slab fit with ability to have multilayer structure replacing one of the layers
Can be used to fit Neutron Reflectivity data.
Model has 6 slab layers + substrate (defaults to Si) + capping layer (defaults to air.
Each slab has a SLD, thickness, and roughness.
Can replace a layer with a multilayer structure.
