You included "butter"? I would leave that out. Not just because it is animal-based (could substitute margarine). But many vegan's are oil-free for a cholesterol restricted diet. Note: Our brains are cholesterol...work with a nutritional doctor if oil-free vegan is the right nutritional path for you. |
