Lib brings in Npm 9

Any reason to do so?
This seems bad. It breaks our build as we're using an older npm version

I didn’t notice the dependency getting added for development. The version of mocha I needed required a newer version of node and npm. I will look into this.

In the meantime, use the older version of ansi_up. It should work just fine. You should be able to specify it in your package.json

Ok, that is a good catch. The npm system should have not made that change.
I will move it to a dev dependency and put out a new release today.
