Diversity Goals

Setting goals upfront helps event organizers when making decisions affecting the event.

Example Diversity Goals

  • This year, 25% of our speakers will come from an underrepresented group.

  • This year, we will reserve 3 spots for new speakers.

  • This year, we will increase all recorded attendee diversity over last year.
