Update 'counted' runs results to exclude second entry classes

Need to actually add class flag for 'second' entries. For now, it will just be TOPM and ITO2 but it should be user settable. This can also tie into barcode reading when there are multiple registered cars. The second entry cars should be selected as last choice.

In the results, Counted runs will exclude second run classes. Should also change the title to something like "Counted First Runs" or the like so that user's understand.

Note that the All Runs lists will still be there. Pick and choose.
