Setup Travis CI with use of repository validator (issue #1) to enable automatic validation of repository (data, schema and validator itself). And of course add badge to README file.

All set-up simply with pytest, decide which Python version should be tested (now 3.4 and higher). Now just improve validator and in case of need change .travis.yml.
