I download the source code. And change the minsdk to 21. Then run the sample. It works fine.

If you integrate it into your application, you can force alignment of minSdk by declaring the following configuration in AndroidManifest. xml.

  <uses-sdk
    android:minSdkVersion="21"
    tools:overrideLibrary="io.sanghun.compose.video" />
