Add support of finding usernames using NSS

Searching for users names using /etc/passwd only works if authentication is local to the machine jobber is running on. For machines authenticating with LDAP, /etc/passwd likely won't contain all the user names. Consider adding support for using NSS to get the equivalent contents of /etc/passwd.
