Code for CTSMC movement modeling of northern fur seals

This code performs the northern fur seal movement analysis in the Annals of Applied Statistics paper "A Continuous-Time Semi-Markov Model for Animal Movement in a Dynamic Environment" by Johnson, Pelland, and Sterling.
