Add Bush Hat auto-hide support

Whenever I've a Bush Hat equipped in my head slot, it would be nice to have an auto-hide feature while following someone.

Describe the solution you'd like

To have a configuration option to control the Bush Hat auto-hide behaviour. Perhaps, by default, this should only work if you've already hidden yourself using a Bush Hat and whenever you follow someone you should always end up in a "bush" mode.
