These are the same set of changes made to the METdataio repository by dtcenter/METdataio#290.
Note that I will also sumbit a PR to merge these changes into the
main_v2.1.Note that the METcalcpy repo was configured to define the SONAR_HOST_URL which was overriding the organization-wide setting. That's what the sonarqube.yml workflow kept failing. Once I removed that repo-specific secret, the workflow began working nicely, as expected.
