sgminer-dyn 1.0.0

This is the initial release of sgminer-dyn with argon2d support.

Extract the zip file, edit mine.bat and insert your own wallet address and pool server and then run it.

Notice that you can use -I to increase intensity(1-10). More intensity means more memory per thread but you can not allocate more than 4 GB of memory per thread. Instead, use -g to increase the number of active threads.
