To be able to use these APIs you will need a consumer key which you can apply for it by filling this request form and remember to choose API Consumer Key as your topic.
In the apply process there is a tip. You can use this code to identify what is the status of the user then if status is:
- NEW or ACTIVATED : You should use the anonymous code for apply
- NON_ACTIVATED, BANNED : User cannot apply for any job
