While adding integrating FSST, there were several minor fixes required for our CI to be happy. One of the fixes was the same as the author from cwida/fsst#7 proposed. However, this did not completely solve the issue. This PR pulls the new fix from upstream into our inlined fsst lib. After this PR, we are back in sync with upstream fsst lib apart from the
duckdb_prefixes.
