…L is not invertible, because -1 -> TRUE -> 1). This fixes #571.
…CHAR -> NUMERIC, as this can change the order (e.g. -1 < -2, but '-1' > '-2'). This fixes #584.

…ormalify inside the dictionary itself, because we might be decompressing only part of the vector. This can cause problems if another part of that vector is then required elsewhere. (Fixes #588)
