Somehow the "unixodbc.h" header has disappeared from the unixodbc-dev release for ubuntu-20.4. We switch to ubuntu-22.4, which then introduces several other problems. The version of
catchused by psqlodbc and nanodbc no longer compile there, andjuliais not available there. We switch to the later version ofcatchand disable the julia ODBC tests for now.
