Label list and use more semantic markup on the list of trackers ✏️

It's more semantic to use <dl> element instead of <ol>. The list container element (ul, ol, dl, [role="list"], [role="group"]) must also include a label that describes the purpose or contents of the list. Otherwise the screen reader just says "list." What kind of list is it?
