Intersecting segments each of length Pi don't intersect

1. Create a polar and circle
2. create two pairs of anitpodal points on the polar circle
3. Create two segments of length Pi between the intersection points
4. move the segments so that they appear to intersect. Try to create a point at the intersection and you can only create a point on one or the other of the segments.
