Wards affected by spells #76

Wards are currently affected by some spells (not sure if intended).

  • Rider 5's Nail Swing pulls wards
  • Saber's Strike Air pushes wards
  • Gawain's Q heals wards
  • Tamamo's Mantra

Unchecked interactions are not intended

Unable to reproduce strike air affecting ward so I will leave it aside
for now.
Gilg's charge particle now destroyed without checking for IsAlive(),
previously the charge particle stayed with Gilg even on respawn.
