Compatibility

• eXist 2.2 (should work) but no longer tested
• Compatible with eXist 3.0 (stable) and greater

Changes

• Fix a fatal error when installing on windows systems see #71
• Update build.xml file to work again with latest ant
• Removed some empty tei elements (was 0.6.2)
• cbdb-data will now abort with an error before installing on instances with insufficient resources
