Convert iDoneThis tags to Day One Tags

I would like to see this script convert iDoneThis #hashtags to Day One tags.

Good suggestion. This probably isn't too difficult.

Is it just a matter of detecting '#' in the idonethis imported text? You could give it a try by adding a 'variable' to the ENTRY_TEMPLATE in the idonethis service here. Then, just use a regex to fill this out after searching the text.

This is just a rough idea. I haven't thought it all the way through.
