This pull request adds support for Cube LUT files that use the
LUT_1D_SIZEparameter.It also ensures the
LUD_1D_INPUT_RANGEandLUD_3D_INPUT_RANGEparameters that are located in some files, are ignored. Previously the presence of these parameters would stop the conversion process.
