Add and edit metadata fields for notes

Thanks for the interesting project! It is refreshing to have found an outliner with useful metadata for its notes/nodes.

A feature idea that I'd find helpful would be the ability to add and edit custom metadata on a note. Adding custom fields/properties on a note would allow users to start tracking rich types of notes/concepts. For example, if I wanted to keep track of movies, I would want to add an aggregateRating field to my movie notes. With custom metadata, notes would have more specific data to perhaps allow for richer think and association functions
