Thumbnails are not displayed when a connection program is specified. #335

Version of SharpShell used: 2.7.2

If I just run the thumbnail function, it works fine.
However, if you connect another program, the thumbnail function does not work.
The log also leaves nothing.

What settings do you need?
PNG files or pptx files can be viewed as thumbnails even if they are connected to other programs.
I ask for help.

My computer is Windows 10.
